About Everest Institute

The original vision for Hialeah was as a place for the rich and famous to entertain and amuse themselves. However, the Cuban revolution resulted in an influx of Cuban exiles and the new residents turned Hialeah into a working-class area.
This migration continued through the 70s, 80s and 90s with strongly positive results. Hialeah is considered the most economically successful immigrant community in the United States. It is currently the only American industrial city that is still growing, and is a great place to live, work, and go to school.
