About Anthem College
Anthem College was established in 1982. Since then, it has allowed thousands of individuals to follow their dreams of becoming professional Medical Assistants in clinics and hospitals across the country. The Milwaukee campus of Anthem College was previously known as High-Tech Institute, but became a member of the Anthem Education Group in 2010.
The school is especially career focused, and offers flexible schedules that allow for either day or evening classes. Students get a hands-on education in high-tech classrooms and laboratories.
Surgical Technologist - Diploma
Focusing on the essential skills needed in order to be a part of a surgical team, the Surgical Technologist program at Anthem College is a Diploma course of study. In addition to learning how to assist surgeons, surgical personnel, and nurses, students of the Surgical Technologist program will also learn how to prep patients for surgery, set up operating instruments, and prepare supplies and equipment.
Graduates of this program will be eligible to take and exam for certification as a Surgical Technologist, and will be well-prepared to seek employment in a surgical center, hospital operating room, clinic, or delivery room.
Massage Therapy - Diploma
Preparing graduates for a career in a variety of massage settings, including opening and managing a private massage therapy business, the Diploma in Massage Therapy program at Anthem College focuses on a wide variety of therapeutic massage techniques.
Working with clients that have been affected by injury, stress, or illness, the Massage Therapy program at Anthem is designed to give clients increased flexibility and better posture, while reducing stress and renewing energy. A hands-on training program, graduates will be well-versed in a variety of techniques aimed at massaging soft tissues.
Medical Assistant - Diploma
