About Remington College
Remington College – Nashville Campus is set on preparing its students to step into entry-level positions within the health care industry. In addition to offering top-notch courses by skilled instructors, the school does this by working directly with employers to discover their needs.

Medical Assisting
The field is constantly growing for Medical Assistants, and Remington College has a program to prepare students to step in and fill the openings that are created every year.
Students learn how to work face-to-face with patients and to do many tasks like recording vital signs, administering injections, and performing certain lab procedures.
Additionally, graduates of this program will have an understanding of the administrative side of a medical office and will have learned the skills necessary to work in the front office.
Dental Assisting
Remington College's Dental Assisting program is a hands-on curriculum that provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to seek entry-level employment as a dental assistant. The program consists of 8 learning units, and an externship.
Students will learn the basics of dentistry, including preparing patients for treatment, taking dental X-rays and processing X-ray films, making casts of teeth, and scheduling and confirming appointments. In addition, students will learn how to work chair side as dentists treat and examine patients, assist dentists with instruments and materials, and remove sutures/apply topical anesthetics to gums.
