About ATI Career Training Center
ATI has been functioning as an technical training and vocational school for over 35 years. In the beginning, it was primarily an HVAC and welding training facility; however, as the fields of business, technology, and health care grew, so did the school's curriculum and degree programs. They now attempt to offer a comprehensive set of skills to meet the demands of those fields currently leading the job industry in terms of hiring and growth.
ATI Career Training Center seeks to serve primarily adults with existing jobs or responsibilities. To this end, class schedules and times are meant to offer flexibility. Classes and programs are also geared toward post-graduation employment.
In addition to programs in computer design, automotive repair, and business administration, the North Richland Hills campus of ATI Career Training Center offers multiple health care options.
Dental Assisting (Diploma)
Preparing graduates to seek entry-level employment as a Dental Assistant, this Diploma program features classroom learning in addition to an externship. Coursework includes instruction in CPR, radiology, dental lab techniques & front office procedures, and chair-side assistance.
Massage Therapy (Diploma) & Advanced Massage Therapy (Diploma)
Both diploma programs, the Massage Therapy and Advanced Massage Therapy programs feature coursework in anatomy, kinesiology, trigger-point therapy, myofascial therapy and pathology.
Taking these concepts even further is the 200 hour Advanced Massage Therapy program, which satisfies the curriculum and classroom hours needed in order to sit for the State of Texas and National certification examinations.
Medical Assisting (Diploma)
The Medical Assisting program offers a Diploma to graduates of the course. Courses including basic anatomy and physiology, laboratory procedures, blood work, office administration, CPR, and first aid.
All students are required to participate in an approved externship designed to get the most hands-on training possible. Students are offered the RMA Certification Exam at the end of the program.
Personal Fitness Trainer (Diploma)
A diploma curriculum, the Personal Fitness Trainer program at ATI prepares graduates for a career in the exciting world of health and fitness training.
Preparing graduates for NSCA certification, coursework includes the development of sport-specific exercise programs, anatomy, physiology, the development of weight loss/gain programs, kinesiology, pathology, and working with various exercise equipment.

Currently serving students in over 11 locations across Florida, Texas and Oklahoma in addition to the New Mexico campuses, the facilities are kept up-to-date with current industry standards.
