Medical Assistant (Associate of Science)

Medical Assistants are vital members of any medical team. Massage Therapy (Diploma)
A Diploma course of study, the Massage Therapy program at Hesser College prepares graduates to seek entry-level employment as a massage therapist. Training in this program is comprehensive and hands-on, combining clinical and classroom experiences.
Coursework in this curriculum includes the history of massage therapy, demonstration of ROM, organ structure/function, body and table mechanics, sports massage, and basic health and hygiene procedures. In addition, students will learn about deep tissue massage, water as a therapeutic tool, neurovascular massage, and relevant business procedures/protocol.
