About Heald College
Heald College offers a variety of programs for those who want to get involved in the health care field. They offer both Associate’s Degrees and diplomas in a number of fields. The school was founded in San Francisco in 1863.
The health care industry is growing at an amazing rate. This means that the need for qualified health care professionals is also growing. Students attending full-time can earn a diploma in nine to twelve months.

The San Francisco campus boasts about a twenty-four-to-one ratio of students to instructors, with approximately 800 students and 40 faculty members.
